Wycliffe Namanda Wasike is a highly skilled multimedia documentation expert with over ten years of hands-on experience producing impactful visual and written content for development, humanitarian, and cultural initiatives. He has established himself as a trusted consultant in the fields of climate change adaptation, drought resilience, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), pastoral livelihoods, tourism promotion, gender inclusion, and cultural heritage preservation. Mr. Wasike possesses a comprehensive skill set in scriptwriting, filming, photography, editing, and production management, with a sharp eye for capturing both the technical and human-interest aspects of community development work. He has led documentation assignments for government agencies, international NGOs, local civil society organizations, and community-based groups, delivering high-quality outputs tailored for advocacy, awareness, and policy influence.




Evah Zawadi
Center Manager, Acha Foundation Resource Center

Evah Zawadi is a passionate and innovative leader serving as the Center Manager at the Acha Foundation Resource Center. A Bachelor of Science graduate in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi, Evah brings analytical thinking and strategic planning skills into her role, helping to shape the Resource Center as a vibrant hub for indigenous knowledge, learning, and cultural innovation.
With a strong background in digital engagement and online marketing, Evah is instrumental in amplifying the Center’s visibility across digital platforms, ensuring that the stories, traditions, and innovations of indigenous communities reach wider audiences. Her keen interest in handmade ornaments, traditional crocheting, and cultural design adds a unique creative dimension to her leadership—supporting the integration of traditional crafts into youth innovation, women’s empowerment, and cultural documentation programs.
Evah is deeply committed to empowering youth and community members through accessible learning spaces, intergenerational storytelling, and climate resilience education. She works closely with school media clubs, elders, and knowledge holders to support the co-creation of a living knowledge archive rooted in the pastoralist way of life.
Driven by a vision to merge tradition with technology, Evah plays a key role in facilitating community-led programs that preserve identity, promote sustainability, and inspire innovation among indigenous communities.

Stellah Chelimo
Community Empowerment and Sustainability Specialist

Stellah Chelimo is a passionate advocate for community-driven development, indigenous knowledge systems, and environmental sustainability. With a strong background in working with rural and marginalized communities, she brings invaluable experience in advancing sustainable practices through an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach—empowering communities to identify and harness their own strengths for long-term development. Stellah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Human Ecology Extension from Egerton University and a Certificate in Soil Advocacy from I Cow International. Her expertise lies in agroecology, sustainable farming, and climate change adaptation, with a strong focus on food security and drought resilience. She has trained and worked extensively with grassroots communities, championing eco-friendly farming methods that not only address hunger but also restore harmony between people and nature. Her work aligns closely with Acha Foundation’s mission to integrate literacy, culture, and conservation. Stellah promotes environmental stewardship and knowledge transfer by supporting indigenous-led innovations and sustainable livelihoods. She believes that true sustainability is rooted in the preservation of cultural identity and the active participation of communities, especially women and youth, in environmental regeneration and food system transformation. With a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and resilience, Stellah contributes to Acha Foundation’s programs by facilitating learning, leading trainings, and supporting community-based research and storytelling initiatives. Her skills in participatory facilitation, conflict management, and grassroots mobilization enhance the Foundation’s goal of fostering intergenerational collaboration and community empowerment. Beyond her professional work, Stellah is an enthusiastic learner, a dedicated volunteer, and a traveler who draws inspiration from diverse cultures and landscapes. Creative Designer

A creative professional with a background in Animation and Digital Media Design, Marvin brings a strong visual storytelling approach to every project. His multidisciplinary skill set includes photography, web development, and interactive media, allowing him to craft engaging digital experiences that blend form and function. At the ACHA Foundation, Marvin contributes by creating compelling visuals, managing and enhancing web platforms, and supporting the foundation’s mission through thoughtful, creative digital storytelling and accessible design.

Branding and Visual Media Specialist

Jonathan Kyalo is a seasoned branding expert and photography trainer at Angaza Charity Foundation, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling elements of the Foundation’s programs. With a strong background in creative design, digital media, and strategic communication, Jonathan brings a dynamic blend of technical skills and artistic vision to the Foundation’s work in preserving indigenous knowledge and empowering youth.
Specializing in photography, videography, and creative printing, Jonathan trains school media clubs and community youth in visual storytelling, equipping them with skills to document cultural heritage and environmental conservation efforts. His expertise ensures that the voices and traditions of indigenous communities are captured and shared in compelling, professional formats.
Jonathan also leads the branding of Angaza’s educational and conservation campaigns, ensuring that each initiative visually resonates with the Foundation’s mission and values. His creative direction enhances the impact of projects such as the Word Forest, cultural calendars, and intergenerational storytelling programs.
Driven by a passion for community empowerment through media, Jonathan's work reflects Angaza’s commitment to innovation, inclusion, and sustainable development. He continues to inspire young creatives across northern Kenya to use media as a powerful tool for identity building and cultural pride.
